Open Studio on Saunders Hill

Last night we had a small group of painters at the studio. We had several beautiful still life set ups. Tulips, pink roses, and yellow roses were the lucky subjects. Although the yellow roses were neglected, we had some very nice work done. Wednesday nights have been very productive on the hill. I will post the next sessions for the first quarter after Christmas. If anyone is interested in coming out to paint just give me an email.

Latest Exhibit at Bennett Gallery in Nashville

I just wanted to send out a thank you to all of my friends and collectors who were able to stop by Bennett Gallery this month. The show was displayed beautifully by the gallery. Well, my buddy Kevin Menck talked me into trying this Blog thing. So here we go.

Here are a couple of paintings that I painted along side Kevin on our trip to Wisconsin a few months ago.

I had no idea what to expect when we decided to go

to Wisconsin. But, I must say it was

overwhelming how beautiful and how plentiful the old dairy farms were. I can't wait to get back and explore some more. The farmers we met made it all the better. I thought the people here in Tennessee were the nicest around. But, we met some awesome people there. Anyhow, here are a couple of paintings that I hope give you a taste of the area.
